Managing Your Subscription

Create a Subscription

To upgrade from the free plan to Premium:

  1. Navigate to SettingsSubscriptions.
  2. Choose your billing cycle — Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Select the number of seats (4–20).
  4. Review the pricing summary and click Subscribe.
  5. Complete payment through Razorpay (supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and international payments).

Upgrade Seats

To add more seats to your existing Premium subscription:

  1. Navigate to SettingsSubscriptions.
  2. Click Upgrade Seats.
  3. Select the new seat count (up to 20).
  4. Pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
  5. The additional seats are available immediately.

Downgrade Seats

To reduce your seat count:

  1. Navigate to SettingsSubscriptions.
  2. Click Downgrade Seats.
  3. Select a lower seat count (minimum 4 seats).
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — existing users retain access until then.

Ensure the number of active users does not exceed the new seat count before the downgrade takes effect. You may need to remove users from the organization first.

Cancel Subscription

To cancel your Premium subscription:

  1. Navigate to SettingsSubscriptions.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your Premium benefits continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, the organization reverts to the Always Free plan. All data is preserved, but user limits and storage quotas will apply.
