Projects

Create and manage Test Management projects.

Projects

Projects are the top-level containers for test management work. Each project has its own test cases, test cycles, test plans, requirements, defects, and reports.

Creating a Project

Only Organization Owners and Admins can create projects.

  1. Navigate to Test Management → Projects (test-management.testkase.com/projects)
  2. Click Create Project
  3. Enter a project name (max 40 characters)
  4. The project is created with a unique ID (e.g., PRJ-1234)

Project List

The Projects page shows all projects in your organization with:

Managing Projects

Rename

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on a project
  2. Select Rename
  3. Enter the new name

Delete

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm deletion

Only Owners and Admins can delete projects. Deleting a project removes all associated data (test cases, cycles, results, etc.).

Manage Members

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
  2. Select Manage Members
