Projects
Create and manage Test Management projects.
Projects
Projects are the top-level containers for test management work. Each project has its own test cases, test cycles, test plans, requirements, defects, and reports.
Creating a Project
Only Organization Owners and Admins can create projects.
- Navigate to Test Management → Projects (
test-management.testkase.com/projects) - Click Create Project
- Enter a project name (max 40 characters)
- The project is created with a unique ID (e.g.,
PRJ-1234)
Project List
The Projects page shows all projects in your organization with:

| Team Members | Avatar badges of assigned members |
| Created On | Date the project was created |
| Actions | Rename, delete, manage members |
Managing Projects
Rename
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on a project
- Select Rename
- Enter the new name
Delete
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Select Delete
- Confirm deletion
Only Owners and Admins can delete projects. Deleting a project removes all associated data (test cases, cycles, results, etc.).
Manage Members
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Select Manage Members
