Creating an Account

Email Signup

1. Go to testkase.com/signup
2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and password
3. Accept the terms of service
4. Click Sign Up
5. Check your email for a verification link
6. Click the link to verify your email
7. Log in with your credentials

Google Signup

1. Go to testkase.com/login
2. Click Sign in with Google
3. Select your Google account
4. Your account is created automatically — no email verification needed

Microsoft Signup

1. Go to testkase.com/login
2. Click Sign in with Microsoft
3. Sign in with your Microsoft account
4. Your account is created automatically — no email verification needed

What Happens After Signup

When you create a new account:

1. An organization is automatically created for you (named "Your Name's Organization")
2. You become the Organization Owner
3. You're granted access to both products (Test Management + Accessibility)
4. You're redirected to the Projects page to create your first project

Logging In

Email + OTP Login

1. Go to testkase.com/login
2. Enter your email and password
3. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your email
4. Enter the OTP on the verification page
5. You're logged in and redirected based on your role

Google / Microsoft Login

1. Click the appropriate social login button
2. Select your account
3. You're logged in immediately (no OTP needed)

Forgot Password

1. Go to testkase.com/login
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a reset link
5. Click the link and set a new password
6. Log in with your new password

Post-Login Redirect

After logging in, you're automatically redirected based on your role:

Session & Security

• Access token: Valid for 1 hour, automatically refreshed
• Refresh token: Valid for 7 days, then you must log in again
• Cross-subdomain: One login works across all TestKase subdomains (Test Management, Accessibility, Account pages)
• Cookies: Authentication uses httpOnly, secure cookies — not accessible by JavaScript
