Create your TestKase account, sign in with email, Google or Microsoft, and recover a password.
Creating an account
Sign up at testkase.com/signup with your name, email and a password, then click the verification link we email you. The link is good for 7 days; if it expires, use Resend Invitation? on the login page.
Your password needs 8+ characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. Any symbol on a standard keyboard counts — for example ! @ # $ % & * _ - . ? — or a space. Letters with accents (like é) and emoji don't count as symbols.
The same rule applies when you sign up, reset a forgotten password, or change your password, so a password that works in one place works in all of them.
Two other things can stop a signup: disposable email addresses are rejected, and an invisible reCAPTCHA runs in the background — if it scores your session as automated, try again in a normal browser window with ad blockers off.
Google and Microsoft sign-up is one click from testkase.com/login, with no verification email.
What you get

Your profile timezone — not your browser — drives every date you see, so a session start time reads the same wherever you sign in. Change it under Profile & Password. Invoices stay in UTC by design.
Logging in
Enter your email and password at testkase.com/login, then the 6-digit code we email you. Google and Microsoft sign-in skip the code.
- The code lasts 5 minutes and allows 3 attempts. After that, request a new one.
- Resend code unlocks 60 seconds after the last one was sent.
Five wrong passwords in a row block the account, and only a password reset unblocks it. This applies to the password, not to the code.
You land on testkase.com/home, which shows a card per product. Products you don't have access to are greyed out. If you were sent to login from a page you were using, you go back there instead.
Staying signed in lasts 14 days, across every TestKase subdomain.
Forgot password
Click Forgot Password?, enter your email, and follow the link we send.
- The link is single-use and expires after 48 hours.
- You can request 5 links a day. After that you wait for the next day.
- The page always says a link has been sent, so a typo in the address looks exactly like success.
- Finishing a reset signs you out everywhere, and unblocks an account blocked by failed logins.
Since only a reset unblocks an account, and resets are capped at five a day, request one link and check spam before requesting another.
Being invited to another organization
Accepting an invitation permanently deletes the organization you own — every project, test case, cycle and attachment in it, and anyone you invited loses access. It cannot be undone, and the accept screen does not warn you. If you have anything worth keeping, transfer ownership to another member from your Profile page first. Ignoring the invitation leaves your organization alone.
If your account is suspended
You'll be stopped at the password step, and any session you already had stops working too. The message tells you whether it's your account or the whole organization.
A suspension is not the failed-login block: resetting your password does not clear it, and there is no self-service way out. Only TestKase can lift it.
