Getting Started

Quick Start: Live

Open a real phone or browser, test it by hand, and end the session.

Four steps from a new account to testing on a real phone or browser.

Using an AI assistant? Let it do the setup.

Paste this into Claude, Cursor, Copilot or any coding agent:

Read https://www.testkase.com/SKILL.md to set up TestKase testing.

1. Pick what to test

Open the Live card from the hub. Choose a desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on Windows or macOS), a real phone or tablet, or a browser on a real phone. Anything greyed out is busy right now — the picker chooses the first free one for you.

2. Start it

Click Start. The screen of the phone or browser appears in your tab, live.

3. Use it

Click, type, scroll and swipe on the screen as if it were in your hand. The toolbar has a screenshot button, recording, device buttons (Home, Back, rotate) and more — see Session tools.

To test your own app, upload an .ipa (iPhone) or .apk (Android) when you pick a phone — see Installing apps.

4. End the session

Click End session. The phone or browser is wiped and handed to the next person.

Refreshing the page ends your session, and so does closing the tab. Time is counted in whole minutes, rounded up. Without a subscription you get a one-time allowance of free minutes — see Plans, minutes and limits.
