When you get pinged and how to tune your notification preferences.
Notifications
TestKase sends notifications for a focused set of accessibility events so your inbox doesn't fill up.
When you get notified
| Event | Who gets notified |
|---|---|
Your scan finishes (completed or failed) | Scan creator |
| A scan is shared with a team you belong to | Every member of that team |
| A comment is posted on a scan you can see | Scan creator + every member of every team the scan is shared with |
You're @mentioned in a comment | The mentioned user |
| You're added to an accessibility team | The new member |
Channels
- In-app — badge on the sidebar and a notification drawer.
- Email — digest or per-event, based on your preferences.
Configure per-channel preferences in Profile → Notification Preferences (or the equivalent settings page).
Muting
- Mute notifications for a specific scan from its report header (
⋯→ Mute notifications for this scan). - Mute an entire team from the team's detail page.
- Global email pause is available in preferences.
Email unsubscribe
Every email includes an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it opens the dedicated unsubscribe page and disables that notification category for your account.
Admin-only broadcasts
Org admins can broadcast workspace-wide announcements (e.g., maintenance windows) through the notification system. These aren't sent for ordinary accessibility events and don't respect per-scan mutes.
