Scan Limits
Per-scan and per-plan limits on URLs, retention, exports, and rate limits.
Scan Limits
Per-scan limits
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| URLs per scan (Website Scanner / Authenticated) | 10 |
| Scans per workspace | Unlimited |
| Scan timeout | 60–90 seconds per URL (typical) |
Rate limits
Scans run in a shared queue. Several scans kicked off at once may start in pending and progress to running as capacity frees up. This is transparent — you don't need to configure anything.
Plan-tier limits
Some capabilities depend on your subscription:
- Data retention — how long scan results and screenshots are kept before archival.
- Export formats — PDF / CSV / JSON availability (most paid tiers include all three).
- Workflow Analyzer capacity — steps per workflow and concurrent workflow scans.
- Accessibility teams — on lower tiers there may be a cap on the number of teams.
Plan-specific limits are visible in your organization settings under Billing. See the public Pricing page for the current plan matrix, and Subscriptions for org-level controls.
What happens when you hit a limit
- URL cap during scan creation — the UI rejects the 11th URL with an inline toast.
- Retention horizon — scans older than the retention window are marked archived; their reports are no longer viewable but metadata (name, score, created date) stays.
- Export tier — buttons for unavailable formats are disabled with a "Upgrade to export" tooltip.
