Plans & Billing
Manage your subscription plans (Test Management + Accessibility), view billing history, and handle payments for your organization.
Overview
TestKase bills each product separately — Test Management and Accessibility each have their own subscription. This keeps a team that only needs one product from paying for both.
Billing is handled at the organization level by the Organization Owner. From the billing settings you can view your plans for both products, upgrade or downgrade, review transaction history, and download invoices.

Managing your subscription
Subscriptions for both products are managed from Settings → Subscriptions. The page uses a tabbed layout:
- Test Management — seat-based subscription; pick monthly or yearly billing, set seat count, pay, done.
- Accessibility Testing — product subscription (no seats — Unlimited users); pick monthly or yearly.
Each tab manages its product independently.
Test Management — create a subscription
- Settings → Subscriptions → Test Management tab.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly.
- Set the seat count (4–20).
- Review and click Subscribe.
- Complete payment via Razorpay (UPI / cards / net banking / wallets / international).
Test Management — upgrade or downgrade seats
- Upgrade — takes effect immediately; pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current cycle.
- Downgrade — takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Existing users keep access until then; remove anyone over the new limit before the cycle ends.
Accessibility — create a subscription
- Settings → Subscriptions → Accessibility Testing tab.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly.
- Click Upgrade to Premium.
- Complete payment via Razorpay.
Accessibility Premium is a single-SKU subscription — no seats to configure.
Cancel a subscription
Cancellation is per-product. Cancelling Accessibility leaves Test Management intact, and vice versa.
- Open the relevant product tab under Subscriptions.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm.
Premium benefits continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, the product reverts to the free plan for that specific product. Data is preserved; plan-level quotas (retention, scan counts) start applying.
Subscription statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is current and fully operational |
| Created | Subscription created but payment not yet confirmed |
| Pending | Payment is being processed |
