Profile & Settings

Manage your profile, timezone, organization membership, and personal settings.

Profile & Settings

Open your profile from the profile dropdown in the top-right of the app → Profile. The page is everything that's about you inside this organization — not org-wide settings.

Personal information

  • First Name / Last Name — editable; appears across the platform (test case owners, cycle assignees, comments).
  • Email — read-only; set at signup.
  • Timezone — personal setting; adjusts every timestamp in the UI to your local time.
  • Member Since — when you joined this organization.

Test Management projects

A table lists every TMT project you're assigned to, along with your role in each project (e.g., Admin, Member, Viewer). Click a project to jump into its workspace.

Change password

Password changes live in a dedicated panel — see Profile & Password.

Leave organization

If you want to remove yourself from an organization (for example, when changing employers) without deleting your account:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
  2. Click Leave Organization.
  3. Review the confirmation modal and confirm.

Effects:

  • You lose access to every project in this organization immediately.
  • Your TestKase account stays active — you can still sign in, and any other organizations you're part of are unaffected.
  • Org admins can re-invite you later if needed.

Note: if you're the organization owner, transfer ownership before leaving — an org must always have at least one owner.

Delete account

At the very bottom of the page you can permanently delete your account. This is a last resort — prefer Leave organization unless you really mean it.

  • Removes your account and every piece of data you personally created (comments, execution history, etc.).
  • Cannot be undone.
  • Requires typing "delete" to confirm.

If you're the sole owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership or delete the organization first; the confirmation modal will surface that check.
