Profile & Settings
Manage your profile, timezone, organization membership, and personal settings.
Open your profile from the profile dropdown in the top-right of the app → Profile. The page is everything that's about you inside this organization — not org-wide settings.
Personal information
- First Name / Last Name — editable; appears across the platform (test case owners, cycle assignees, comments).
- Email — read-only; set at signup.
- Timezone — personal setting; adjusts every timestamp in the UI to your local time. Detected from your browser on first sign-in if you have never set one. Invoices and receipts are always UTC.
- Member Since — when you joined this organization.
Organization info

Your projects
The Profile page does not list your projects. To see the Test Management projects you're assigned to, and your role in each, use the project picker you land on after signing in — or open Projects from the sidebar.
Change password
Password changes live in a dedicated panel — see Profile & Password.
Leave organization
If you want to remove yourself from an organization (for example, when changing employers) without deleting your account:
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.
- Click Leave Organization.
- Review the confirmation modal and confirm.
Effects:
- You lose access to every project in this organization immediately.
- You are signed out straight away. Leaving revokes your active sessions, so every browser and device you were signed in on has to log in again.
- Your Personal Access Tokens are not revoked. Leaving only ends sessions; API keys survive it. If a script or pipeline authenticates as you against this organization's data, revoke its token yourself from API Keys before you leave.
- You are emailed a confirmation that your access was removed, and the seat you were using is returned to the organization's quota.
- Org admins can re-invite you later if needed.
Leaving leaves every organization you belong to, and you do not end up with none. TestKase gives each account exactly one organization, so Leave Organization removes you from all of your memberships in one action, and the next time you sign in a fresh organization is created for you with you as its Owner. It is a reset, not a way to sit outside an organization.
Note: if you're the organization owner, transfer ownership before leaving. Owners are refused with "Organization owners cannot leave. Transfer ownership or delete the organization instead."
Delete account
At the very bottom of the page you can permanently delete your account. Read this before you do.
If you are the organization owner, deleting your account deletes the whole organization. Every project, test case, cycle, result, report and attachment goes with it, every member loses access, and any active subscriptions are cancelled.
TestKase does not stop you and does not require you to transfer ownership first. The confirmation modal warns you, and then does it.
If you want to leave without destroying the company, transfer ownership first, then delete your account.
- If you are not the owner: your account is removed and you are taken out of the organization. Work you created stays with the organization.
- Requires typing "delete" to confirm.
- Cannot be undone.
