Team Management

Invite users, assign roles and product access, manage your team.

Team Management

Manage your organization's team from Organization Settings → Team.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Organization Settings (profile dropdown → Organization Settings)
  2. Enter email addresses (comma-separated for bulk invites)
  3. Select Organization Role: Admin or Member
  4. Select Product Access: Test Management, Accessibility, or both
  5. Click Send Invite

Admin Invitations

When you select Admin as the org role:

  • Both products (Test Management + Accessibility) are automatically enabled and locked
  • Admins always get access to all products

Member Invitations

When you select Member:

  • Choose which products they can access
  • They'll only see products they have access to in the Product Sidebar

Team List

The team page shows all organization members with:

Filters

Filter the team list by:

  • Search — Name or email
  • Role — Owner, Admin, Member
  • Product — Test Management, Accessibility
  • Status — Active, Pending, Expired

Editing User Access

Click the edit icon on a team member to modify their access. Two things can be changed:

Changing Organization Role

  • Switch between Admin and Member
  • When promoting to Admin, both products are automatically enabled (Admins always have full product access)
  • When demoting from Admin to Member, their explicit project memberships are preserved but implicit access is removed

Changing Product Access

  • Enable or disable Test Management and/or Accessibility Testing
  • For Admins, both products are always enabled and cannot be unchecked
  • For Members, you can grant any combination of products

Both changes take effect immediately — no invitation or acceptance needed.

Removing Users

When you remove a user:

  • They're removed from the organization and all projects
  • Their product access is revoked
  • Their pending invitations are cancelled
  • If they had no other organizations, they become an independent owner with a new organization on their next login

Seat Quota

Test Management uses a seat-based quota system:

  • Free plan: 3 seats total, with 2 available invites
  • Premium/Enterprise: Based on your subscription
  • Accessibility Testing is unlimited — no seat quota

The invitation form shows your current quota usage (e.g., "2/3 used"). When your quota is full, you must either upgrade your plan or remove existing users before inviting new ones.

Invitation Flow

  1. Admin sends invitation → user receives email
  2. User clicks link → signs up or logs in
  3. Invitation is accepted automatically
  4. User is added to the organization with the assigned role and product access
  5. User is redirected to their appropriate product dashboard
