Billing & Subscriptions

Organization-level view of Test Management and Accessibility subscriptions, billing history, and payments.

Overview

Billing and subscription management lives under Settings → Subscriptions (and Settings → Billing for the transaction log). Only the organization owner (and, for viewing, org admins) can manage subscriptions.

TestKase bills each product independently:

  • Test Management — seat-based (Monthly or Yearly, 4–20 seats on Premium).
  • Accessibility Testing — product subscription (Unlimited users, Monthly or Yearly).

Both products share billing history, invoices, and payment methods but are otherwise managed in separate tabs.

The Subscriptions page

The Settings → Subscriptions page has two tabs at the top:

  1. Test Management — seat count, billing cycle, upgrade / downgrade / cancel.
  2. Accessibility Testing — Premium Plan subscribe / cancel; Free and Enterprise tiers are managed here too.

Each tab renders three plan cards (Free / Premium / Enterprise) when you don't have an active subscription, and a compact summary card when you do. See the public Pricing page for the plan matrix — both tabs use the same pricing configuration.

What a full flow looks like

  1. Pick a product tab — you'll subscribe to each product independently.
  2. Pick a billing cycle — Monthly or Yearly (save 25% on Yearly).
  3. (Test Management only) — pick the seat count (4–20).
  4. Click Subscribe / Upgrade to Premium and pay via Razorpay.
  5. Subscription becomes Active immediately on successful payment.
