Live Browsers
Drive a real desktop browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari on macOS and Windows — live in your tab.
A Live Browser session gives you a real desktop browser streaming into your tab. Pick a browser, an operating system, and a resolution, and you get a genuine browser on real hardware — not a rendering emulation — to navigate, reproduce bugs, and capture evidence.

Safari runs on macOS only (it's Apple's browser). Browsers run on both macOS and Windows. The operating system versions, browser versions and resolutions available appear in the picker.
When a session ends, the machine is destroyed and a replacement is baked from a clean template. On macOS the option stays greyed out until that replacement is ready. On Windows the option un-greys as soon as the session ends, while the replacement is still baking — so a Windows start can occasionally have to wait for capacity even though the picker looked available.
What you can do
Inside a Live Browser session you can:
Navigate and interact
- Type a URL into the browser's address bar and go.
- Click, scroll, and type anywhere on the page or in the browser chrome (tabs, back / forward, URL bar).
- Open new tabs and move between them.
Capture a bug
- Take an on-demand screenshot of the current page, saved to the session gallery.
- Record the session to an MP4 to show a reproduction.
DevTools
- On Chrome and Edge, the DevTools rail button docks the real Chrome DevTools UI beside the session — Elements, Console, Network and Sources, wired to the page in the session.
- On Firefox and Safari, the same button opens the browser's own DevTools inside the session, so it appears in the video stream you are already watching. Those two inspectors only run inside their own browser, so they cannot be docked beside it.
Files and media
- Upload files through a page's file picker — the native file dialog opens inside the session, defaulting to a Downloads folder so your uploaded files are easy to find.
- Push files into the session with the Files & media tool. See Session Tools.
Audio
- The stream starts muted; unmute to hear the browser's audio — useful for testing video and media playback.
Not every browser session has audio. On macOS 26, only Chrome and Edge carry sound; Safari and Firefox on macOS are video-only on every macOS version. macOS 15 browser sessions have no audio at all, because the audio capture there records silence. Every browser on Windows has audio.
Network, location, and exit IP
- Throttle the network between Wi-Fi, 4G, 3G, 2G, and offline.
- Override GPS coordinates on Chrome and Edge, and on Firefox 130 and newer on macOS. Firefox on Windows and Safari have no location override — the control isn't shown there.
- Route traffic through a VPN exit IP so the site sees a different public address.

Language and timezone
- Set the browser's language from a curated list of around 40 locales, and its timezone to any IANA zone, mid-session.
- On Chrome and Edge the language change covers both the page-visible language and the outgoing
Accept-Languageheader, so server-side translations follow. On Firefox only the page-visible half changes. - Firefox and Safari apply language at launch, so picking one restarts the browser and you lose the page you were on. Safari also restarts for a timezone change. A dialog confirms before it happens.
- On Firefox, language and timezone need Firefox 130 or newer — the same floor as the location override. Pick an older Firefox major and both controls are greyed out.
Keyboard
- Modifier shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+A, Shift+Arrow) work on Windows sessions only. On macOS the modifier is dropped and the shortcut does nothing.

Both platforms run from a warm pool, so you aren't waiting for a machine to boot.
