Integrations
Connect your organization's chat tool, bug tracker, project-management tool and CI pipeline to Live, Automate and Accessibility.
Overview
Organization → Integrations connects TestKase to the tools your team already uses. These integrations are organization-wide: connect once, and every member's Live sessions, Automate runs and Accessibility scans use them.
| Page | What it does | Connect |
|---|---|---|
| Notifications | Posts a card to a chat channel when a session ends, a run fails or a scan finishes | Slack, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, Discord, or any HTTPS webhook |
| Defects | Adds a Report a bug button to Live, Automate and Accessibility that files a ticket in one click | TestKase, Jira, GitHub Issues, GitLab Issues |
| Project management | The same Report-a-bug button, filing a task in your team's work tool | Asana, Trello, ClickUp, monday.com |
| CI/CD | Copy-paste pipeline snippets for running Automate from your CI tool | Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure Pipelines, Bitbucket Pipelines |
How connections work
- One per organization, per kind. An organization has one bug tracker, one project-management tool and any number of notification channels. Once a bug tracker is connected, the other tracker cards dim until you reset it.
- Credentials are encrypted and never shown again after you save them. The three-dot menu on a connected card offers Edit (change the destination) and Reset (disconnect and delete the stored credentials).
- Connecting is two steps: enter the tool's token, then choose where things go — a Jira project, a Trello list, a Slack channel's webhook. Until the second step is done the card shows Connected but nothing is filed.
Test Management is configured per project, not here. A Test Management project keeps its own Jira / GitHub / GitLab connection and its own notification rules in the project's Settings, so an agency can point each client's project at a different tracker or Slack workspace. See Test Management → Integrations.
Who can connect
Organization owners and admins manage integrations. Every member can use them — the Report-a-bug button and the notification cards work for everyone in the organization.
