Project management
Connect Asana, Trello, ClickUp or monday.com and file Live, Automate and Accessibility reports as tasks in one click.
Overview
Organization → Integrations → Project management connects one task tool for the organization. The same Report a bug button used for Defects can then file a task — an Asana task, a Trello card, a ClickUp task or a monday item — with the screenshot and the device details attached.
Defects and project management together
An organization can have both a bug tracker and a project-management tool connected. When both exist, the Report-a-bug dialog shows a File in toggle above the title — for example Jira | Asana. It defaults to the bug tracker (the engineering queue); pick the task tool when the report is for the product team instead. With only one connected, the dialog files straight into it.
Connect a tool
Each tool has its own page:
- Asana — tasks in a project
- Trello — cards in a list
- ClickUp — tasks in a list
- monday.com — items on a board
Connecting is two steps: Connect with the tool's token, then choose the destination. For Trello and ClickUp the destination is two levels deep — a board, then a list in it; a space, then a list in it — because that's where cards and tasks live.
One project-management tool per organization. To switch, ⋮ → Reset the connected card and connect another.
Test Management requirements
Linking requirements to test cases is a per-project Test Management feature, configured in the project's Settings. See Test Management → Integrations.
