Troubleshooting
▶The dialog shows a message like "Sprint is required"
The Jira project has a mandatory custom field that must be set on create.
Fix: Make the field optional in Jira's field configuration, or choose an issue type without it. This is the most common Jira setup failure.
▶"Your defect tracker rejected the credentials"
Token revoked, wrong email, or the account lost project access.
Fix: ⋮ → Reset and reconnect with a fresh token.
▶Filed, but the screenshot could not be attached
The file exceeded Jira's attachment limit (default 10 MB).
Fix: The issue exists; attach manually if needed.
