Organization & AccountIntegrationsNotifications
Discord
Create a channel webhook on a Discord server and connect it to TestKase notifications.
Before you start
Discord webhooks belong to a channel on a server — not to a direct message or a group DM. You need Manage Webhooks permission on the server; as the server owner you have it.
Get the webhook URL from Discord
- Open the server in the left rail. If you have none, click + → Create My Own to make one.
- Hover a text channel (for example
#general) and click the ⚙ gear next to its name (Edit Channel). - In the left menu choose Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.
- Name it TestKase, make sure the channel is the one you want, and click Copy Webhook URL. It starts with
https://discord.com/api/webhooks/.
Connect it in TestKase
- Open Organization → Integrations → Notifications and click Connect on the Discord card.
- Enter a name, paste the webhook URL, choose the events, and save.
Test it
Start and end a Live session. The channel receives a Live session ended embed with the device, duration and reason.
Troubleshooting
▶No Integrations in channel settings
You're in a DM/group DM, or lack Manage Webhooks.
Fix: Use a server channel you own.
▶A scan card arrives but a Live one doesn't
The rule was created after that session ended.
Fix: Run a new session.
