Microsoft Teams
Create an incoming webhook on a Teams channel with Workflows and connect it to TestKase notifications.
Before you start
Teams webhooks need Teams for work or school — a Microsoft 365 organization with teams and channels. The personal Teams at teams.live.com has chats and calls but no channels, connectors or Workflows, so there is nowhere to create a webhook.
Get the webhook URL from Teams
Microsoft is retiring the older Connectors → Incoming Webhook; use Workflows:
- Open the team and the channel that should receive the cards.
- Click the ⋯ next to the channel name and choose Workflows.
- Pick the template Post to a channel when a webhook request is received.
- Name the flow (for example TestKase), confirm the team and channel, and click Add workflow.
- Copy the URL it shows. It starts with
https://…logic.azure.com/…orhttps://…webhook.office.com/….
If your tenant still shows Connectors → Incoming Webhook under the channel's ⋯ → Manage channel, that URL works too.
Connect it in TestKase
- Open Organization → Integrations → Notifications and click Connect on the Microsoft Teams card.
- Enter a name, paste the webhook URL, choose the events, and save.
Test it
Start and end a Live session. The channel receives a Live session ended card.
Troubleshooting
▶No Workflows in the channel menu
Personal Teams (teams.live.com), or Workflows disabled by your admin.
Fix: Sign in to teams.microsoft.com with a work account; ask the admin to allow Power Automate flows.
▶The flow exists but nothing posts
The flow is turned off, or was created in another channel.
Fix: Open Workflows, check the flow is on and its channel is right.
